Workshop Participation

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these terms or engages in disruptive behavior.

Payments and Refunds

Workshop fees are to be paid according to the package selected. Refund policies are outlined separately in our Return Policy. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Limitation of Liability

Vythreonix provides workshops and educational content on an as-is basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of our content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in England and Wales, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services or these terms, please contact us first. We will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable time.
