Overview

At Vythreonix, we want you to be satisfied with our digital creativity workshops. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or cancellation. Your rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are respected.

Return Period (14 days under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

For distance and online contracts, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the day after you receive the contract (or after the service begins, if agreed). You do not need to give a reason. This right applies to contracts for services and digital content as set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you have requested that we begin the service within the cancellation period, you may still be charged for the part already provided.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund under this policy, you must notify us within the applicable period, provide your order or registration details, and (where relevant) ensure any physical goods are returned in their original condition. For digital or workshop services, eligibility may depend on whether the service has been fully or partially performed as set out below.

Return Shipping Costs

If you cancel under your statutory rights or we have agreed to accept a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning any physical goods unless they are faulty or misdescribed. We will bear the cost of return shipping for faulty or misdescribed items. For digital services and workshop enrollments, no return shipping applies.

Return Process

To cancel or request a return: contact us by email or phone with your name, order or registration reference, and clear statement that you wish to cancel or return. We will confirm receipt and, where applicable, provide instructions for returning any physical items. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Procedure below.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not returnable or eligible for refund once delivered or performed: downloadable or digital content that you have accessed or downloaded (unless faulty); workshop sessions that have already taken place; one-on-one mentoring sessions that have been completed; and any customised or personalised elements. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods or services are not affected.

Consumer Rights under UK Law

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. Digital content and services must be of satisfactory quality and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. This policy works alongside your legal rights and does not replace them.

Cancellation Policy

For workshop enrollment: you may cancel and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 7 days before the workshop start date. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the start date are eligible for a partial refund of 50%. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund under our standard policy, unless you are exercising your 14-day right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the service is faulty or not as described.

Refund Procedure

To request a refund, contact us via email at response-@vythreonix.world or phone +443330143098 with your registration details and reason. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of our agreement (or 14 days from receipt of returned goods where applicable). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If any goods or digital content we supply are faulty or not as described, please contact us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We will not charge you for return shipping of faulty or misdescribed items. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.

Workshop Changes by Vythreonix

If we need to cancel or significantly modify a workshop, we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to another workshop date or receive a full refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you have exceptional circumstances that prevent you from attending a workshop, please contact us. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a suitable solution.
